    Pie: Pecan Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup light brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup broken pecan pieces
    • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400.

    2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy and add melted butter. Stir in brown sugar, granulated sugar and flour; mix well. Add milk, vanilla and nuts. Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell

    3. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done

    4. Makes 8 servings, 322 calories per serving
