- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup broken pecan pieces
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy and add melted butter. Stir in brown sugar, granulated sugar and flour; mix well. Add milk, vanilla and nuts. Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done
- Makes 8 servings, 322 calories per serving
