Pie: Pineapple Chess Pie

- 2 unbaked 9" pie shells
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Beat eggs well, then add both sugars, butter, flour, vanilla and milk. Mix well before adding pineapple.
- Divide evenly into the 2 pie shells and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes until crust is browned.
