- 1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) carton cool whip, thawed
- 1 9" graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the pineapple and pudding, mix until thickened. Fold in the cool whip. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until serving.
- Makes 8 servings.
