• 1/4 cup butter
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 2 1/4 cups flour
  
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  
• 1 teaspoon cloves
  
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 3 tablespoons strong coffee
  
• 3 tablespoons buttermilk
  
• 1 cup strawberry jam
  






Instructions



1. Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs.
   
   
2. Sift together all dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and stir until smooth. Add coffee, buttermilk and jam; mix well.
   
   
3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
