Pie: The Camellia Grill's Pecan Pie

- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/4 cups light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Beat eggs with a wire whisk or fork. Add salt, butter, syrup, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
