    Bundt Cake: Three Muskateer Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 14 fun suze or 8 regular size (1 3/4 ounce) Three Muskateer bars
    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 2 cups granulated sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 1/2 cups sifted flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Three Muskateer Icing:
    • 2 cups brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoons flour
    • 6 tablespoons milk or cream
    • 1 (1 3/4 ounce) Three Muskateer Bar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Melt candy bars and 1/2 cup butter over low heat. Beat remaining butter and sugar in bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add flour and baking soda, alternating with buttermilk. Stir until smooth. Add melted candy and mix well. Stir in vanilla.

    3. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes, or until top springs back (top will be dark). Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Frost when cool with Three Muskateer Icing.

    4. Three Muskateer Icing: Combine brown sugar, flour and milk or cream in pan. Stir constantly until it boils. Boil 1 minute; add candy bar. Remove from heat and beat well. Cool and frost.
