    Butter Pecan Fudge

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 2/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar
    • 2/3 cup Carnation evaporated milk
    • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
    • 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
    • 1 cup toasted chopped pecans
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Combine sugar and milk in a medium saucepan. Heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly (mixture will appear curdled). Remove from heat.

    2. Add marshmallows, butterscotch chips, nuts and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows melt.

    3. Pour into a buttered 8 or 9" square pan. Cool.

    4. Cut into squares.
