Butter Pecan Fudge

- 1 2/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup Carnation evaporated milk
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 cup toasted chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Combine sugar and milk in a medium saucepan. Heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly (mixture will appear curdled). Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallows, butterscotch chips, nuts and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows melt.
- Pour into a buttered 8 or 9" square pan. Cool.
- Cut into squares.
