Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Recipe Introduction
I tried this recipe from All Recipes site. It makes alot and it is moist and creamy. I lined my baking dish with waxed paper so that when it was cool I could lift it out and cut it. Worked out well.Also, I did not have to use a candy thermometer for this recipe. I just followed the instructions and watched the clock.
List of Ingredients
- 4 cups white sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 12 fluid ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
- 1 16 ounce jar peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and boil 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in marshmallow cream until well incorporated and melted.
- Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
- Makes 24 pieces, 355 calories per piece.
