- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened, condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- In a saucepan, chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in peanuts and marshmallows.
- Spread into a buttered 9x13x2" baking pan.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Cut into squares.
- Yields about 3 1/4 pounds.
