White Chocolate Fudge

- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 (7 ounces) jar marshmallow cream
- 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, sour cream and margarine.
- Bring to a full rolling boil and boil to soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate until melted.
- Then add marshmallow cream and nuts.
- Place in a buttered 8 or 9" pan.
- Cool to room temperature and cut into squares.
- Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
