Pork: Baked Pork Chops And Stuffing

List of Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery or fat free cream of celery soup
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
- Cornbread stuffing
- 1/2 cup whole kernel corn
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
Instructions
- Mix stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery together. Spoon into 9 inch greased pie plate. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Mix sugar and mustard together and spoon over chops.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until done.
