Beef: Beefy Tater Tot Casserole

List of Ingredients



• 1 pound ground beef
  
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  
• 1 onion, chopped
  
• 1 (11 1/8 ounce) can condensed Italian tomato soup, undiluted
  
• 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  
• 1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
  






Instructions



1. In a skillet, cook the beef, peppers and onions until no pink remains; drain the fat.
   
   
2. Add the tomato soup and mushrooms; heat.
   
   
3. Pour into a greased 13x9" baking dish.
   
   
4. Sprinkle the cheese and potatoes over top and bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
