Beef: Beefy Tater Tot Casserole

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (11 1/8 ounce) can condensed Italian tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the beef, peppers and onions until no pink remains; drain the fat.
- Add the tomato soup and mushrooms; heat.
- Pour into a greased 13x9" baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese and potatoes over top and bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
