Chicken: Cheesy Chicken And Broccoli Macaroni

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks (about 1 1/4 pounds)
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked (8 ounces)
- 12 ounces velveeta cheese, cut up
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Instructions
- Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 minutes or until cooked through. Stir in broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to mediumlow; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add velveeta and broccoli; stir until velveeta is melted.
