Cheesy Potato Brat Casserole

- 1 pound brats, cooked (your favorite flavor, I like onion)
- 1 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced (or use 3 cans sliced potatoes)
Instructions
- Remove casings from brats. Cut each into 1/4 inch slices. Melt cheese in microwave and stir in sausage and salsa. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until hot. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Carefully fold in potatoes. Spoon into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until hot and golden brown.
- Yield: 6 to 8 hearty servings
