List of Ingredients



• 1 package frozen hash brown cubed potatoes
  
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  
• 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 1 can cream of potato soup
  
• 1/2 small onion, chopped
  
• 1 polish sausage, sliced into coins
  
• Salt and pepper to taste
  






Instructions



1. Combine all the above ingredients and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and top is browned.
