Chicken: Chicken And Noodle Casserole

- 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces narrow egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees .
- Combine soup, broth veggies and chicken in a large bowl. Gently toss in cooked noodles.
- Place in casserole dish topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
