    Chicken: Easy Pickin' Chicken Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • Topping:
    • 1 cup Martha White Self-Rising Flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • Filling:
    • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
    • 1 1/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square (2 quart) glass baking dish. In a large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; mix well. Spoon into greased baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine flour, milk and butter; stir until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
