    Chicken N' Chile's Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
    • 1 cup light cream
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile's
    • 1 teaspoon salt ( or to taste)
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
    • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen loose pack hashbrown potatoes
    • 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken, turkey or ham
    • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese, divided


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, light cream, onion, chile's, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, chicken and 2 cups of the cheese. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
    2. Yield: 6 to 8 servings
