    Chicken: Chicken Veggie Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
    • 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
    • 2 cups cooked potatoes, sliced


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    2. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, thyme, salt and pepper.

    3. Stir in chicken, corn, green beans and potatoes.

    4. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

    5. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through.
