Chicken: Chicken Zucchini Casserole

List of Ingredients



• 1 package stuffing mix
  
• 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  
• 3 cups zucchini, diced
  
• 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  
• 1 carrot, shredded
  
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  
• 1/2 cup sour cream
  
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
  






Instructions



1. Combine stuffing mix and butter; set aside 1/2 cup for topping.
   
   
2. Add zucchini, soup, carrot, onion and sour cream.
   
   
3. Put into greased 2 quart baking dish.
   
   
4. Sprinkle with reseves stuffing mix.
   
   
5. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
   
   
6. Serves 6
