    Hot Dog: Chili Cheese Dog Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
    • 3 to 4 cans Hormel Chili without beans
    • 2 cups shredded velveeta
    • 8 (1/4 pound) each hot dogs
    • 2 to 3 cups crushed chili cheese Fritos
    • Chopped onions


    Instructions


    1. Spray a 9x13 inch pan ( 8x8 inch if cutting in half ). Warm tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds. Pour 1 cup of the chili in the bottom of the pan. Wrap the hot dogs in the tortillas and place seam side down in a single layer on top of the chili. Pour remaining chili on top of hot dogs. Layer the chopped onion on top of chili. Sprinkle cheese on top of onions. Evenly sprinkle the crushed chili cheese fritos on top of cheese. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350ºF oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
