Hot Dogs: Chili Dog Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 4 to 5 cups favorite canned, or homemade chili (or more if you like)
- 2 cups shredded jack cheese
- 8 all beef hot dogs (4 ounces each) or all meat dogs
- 2 cups fritos, crushed
Instructions
- Use a 2 quart shallow casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Warm tortillas, and roll hot dogs, burrito style. Pour one cup of the chili in bottom of casserole, and add the hot dog burritos. Pour the rest of the chili over all. Top with shredded cheese, and then the crushed Fritos. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Tasters say it helps to microwave the hot dogs before wrapping them in the tortillas so they will be heated through.
