List of Ingredients



• 1 (1 pound) package hot dogs, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  
• 2 (16 ounce) cans of baked beans
  
• 1/2 cup ketchup
  
• 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  
• Topping
  
• 1 (8 ounce) package cornbread and muffin mix
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 cup milk or buttermilk
  
• 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine (optional)
  






Instructions



1. In an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish, combine hot dogs, beans, ketchup and mustard; mix well. Prepare cornbread and muffin mix according to instructions; pour over bean mixture, pread evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
   
2. Yield: 8 servings
