Beef: Corned Beef Cassarole

- 1 small package elbow macaroni
- 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushrooms soup (can substitute cream of chicken or celery)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 soup can of milk
- Bread crumbs for topping
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni. Drain and put in buttered cassarole dish.
- Break up can of corned beef in the macaroni.
- Add chopped onion and can of soup.
- Rinse out soup can with milk (you may need a little more milk).
- Add grated cheese and mix well.
- Top with bread crumbs dotted with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
