    Beef: Corned Beef Cassarole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small package elbow macaroni
    • 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushrooms soup (can substitute cream of chicken or celery)
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 soup can of milk
    • Bread crumbs for topping


    Instructions


    1. Cook elbow macaroni. Drain and put in buttered cassarole dish.

    2. Break up can of corned beef in the macaroni.

    3. Add chopped onion and can of soup.

    4. Rinse out soup can with milk (you may need a little more milk).

    5. Add grated cheese and mix well.

    6. Top with bread crumbs dotted with butter.

    7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
