    Beef: Cowboy Hash

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 3 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
    • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup chopped onions
    • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
    • 1/2 teaspoon basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 dash pepper
    • Cheese slices


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef; add remaining ingredients, except cheese.

    2. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.

    3. Top with slices of cheese and serve in skillet.
