Fish: Fish N' Tots

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds fish fillets
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen fries or tater tots
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Minced parsley
Instructions
- Arrange fillets in a single layer of a greased 9x13" pan. Cover with frozen potatoes.
- Mix together soup, milk, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over fish and potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, until bubbling and slightly brown.
