    Fish: Fish N' Tots

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds fish fillets
    • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen fries or tater tots
    • 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder
    • Minced parsley


    Instructions


    1. Arrange fillets in a single layer of a greased 9x13" pan. Cover with frozen potatoes.

    2. Mix together soup, milk, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over fish and potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.

    3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, until bubbling and slightly brown.
