Chicken: French Onion Chicken And Potato Bake

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 pound potatoes, unpeeled, cut into chunks (about 3 medium)
- 1 (10 ounce) can campbells french onion soup
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season the chicken with garlic powder and pepper; brown in a skillet that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken into an 8 inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Place the potato chunks on top of the chicken, and then pour the soup over the potatoes. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
