Beef: Goulash

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 cup frozen corn or peas
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish or small roasting pan; cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until thoroughly warmed.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
