    Ham: Ham And Noodles

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups noodles
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1 1/2 cups fresh pasteurized milk
    • Dash pepper
    • 2 cups diced left over ham
    • Grated cheese


    Instructions


    1. Drop noodles into 4 cups rapid boiling water and cook 10 minutes. Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk and cook with constant stirring until thickened. If ham is quite salty, no additional salt is required. Add pepper and combine sauce with drained cooked noodles and ham.

    2. Turn into a buttered 7 1/2 inch casserole, top with grated cheese, and bake in moderate oven (325 degrees) for 30 minutes.

    3. Serves 5 to 6
