Kielbasa: Kielbasa And Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen diced hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small can french fried onions
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) package polish kielbasa, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13" baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, kielbasa, cheese and 3/4 of the onions. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, soup, salt and pepper.
- Combine soup mixture with potato mixture and stir well to combine. Place into prepared baking dish and bake for 40 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
- Serves 4 to 6
