Kielbasa: Kielbasa Rice Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 pound kielbasa sausauge, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup uncooked long white rice
Instructions
- In skillet, combine soup, water and butter; bring to a boil. Add sausage and rice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes or until rice is almost tender.
- Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and peas are heated through.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
