    Chicken: Light Spaghetti Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces cooked whole wheat pasta
    • 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
    • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    • 3 cups cooked light chicken meat, cubed, shredded or sliced
    • 8 ounces Kraft free shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup green giant sliced mushrooms
    • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/3 teaspoon dried oregano


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine sauce, tomatoes, meat, half of shredded cheese, mushrooms, Parmesan, oregano, and pasta. Transfer to 1 1/2 quart dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until heated; 40 minutes.
