Chicken: Mexican Chicken

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 cups corn chips (I break up taco chips)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups mild cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 package taco seasoning mix (can use 1/2 if don't want as spicy)
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Place chicken in a 9x13" baking dish. Mix soup, 1 1/2 cups cheese, milk, seasoning mix. Spoon over the chicken. Top with chips; cover. Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove cover; top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. bake uncovered another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
