    Paula Deen's Mexican Chicken Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes
    • 4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
    • Flour tortillas (I used 8)
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together soups and tomatoes' stir in chicken. Cover bottom of baking dish with tortillas (I used 4, overlapping and letting tortillas cover bottom and sides of baking dish); top with half the soup/chicken mixture. Add another tortilla layer (2 should be good and top with the rest of the chicken mixture. Add another layer of tortillas (2) and top with cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
