Ham: Perfect Pierogy Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 16 to 20 frozen pierogies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.
- In a medium sized casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper, and ham. Combine milk and soup and pour over the casserole. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 35 minutes.
- Serves 6 to 8
