Chicken: Pierogy Casserole

- 16 to 20 pierogys
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- In a small skillet, melt butter and saute onion and green pepper 5 minutes.
- In a medium size casserole dish, combine, frozen pierogys, onion, green pepper and ham.
- Combine milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees, or microwave until heated through.
