- 4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Fry pork chops until brown; set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine soup, sour cream, water and parsley.
- Alternate layers of potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper and then sauce.
- Place pork chops on top.
- Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.
- Makes 4 servings
