    Pork: Pork And Potato Scallop

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pork chops
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    • 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Fry pork chops until brown; set aside.

    2. In a small bowl, combine soup, sour cream, water and parsley.

    3. Alternate layers of potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper and then sauce.

    4. Place pork chops on top.

    5. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.

    6. Makes 4 servings
