Pork: Pork Chop And Potato Casserole

- 4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 cups potatoes, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Brown pork chops. Mix soup, sour cream, onion and parsley. Layer potatoes, topped with soup mixture in casserole (layer of potatoes, topped with soup mixture, more potatoes, more soup mixture etc.). Put pork chops on top of potatoes, cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
- To reheat, cover and bake for 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
