    Pork Chop Casserole

    • 4 boneless pork chops
    • 4 large potatoes
    • 1 package dry onion soup mix
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/3 cup water


    Instructions


    1. Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Thinly slice potatoes and layer in bottom of dish. Place pork chops on top, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chops and potatoes. Mix water and cream of mushroom soup and pour on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 60 minutes or until fork tender. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer to brown casserole.
