Pork: Pork Chops O'Brien

- 1 pound pork chops 1/2" thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can cream celery soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 1 can (2/8 ounce) French friend onion rings, divided
- 1 (24 ounce)package frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawrys seasoned salt, or other brand
Instructions
- In skillet over med high heat, brown chops in oil. Set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 of the onions. Fold in potatoes. Spread in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Arrange chops on top, sprinkle with salt.
- Cover and bake 350 for 30 to 40 min until pork is tender. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and dried onions. Return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.
