    Pork: Pork Chops O'Brien

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound pork chops 1/2" thick
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 can cream celery soup, undiluted
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
    • 1 can (2/8 ounce) French friend onion rings, divided
    • 1 (24 ounce)package frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
    • 1/2 teaspoon Lawrys seasoned salt, or other brand


    Instructions


    1. In skillet over med high heat, brown chops in oil. Set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 of the onions. Fold in potatoes. Spread in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Arrange chops on top, sprinkle with salt.

    2. Cover and bake 350 for 30 to 40 min until pork is tender. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and dried onions. Return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.
