Pork: Sausage Skillet Dinner

- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup picante sauce or salsa
Instructions
- In medium skillet cook and crumble sausage; drain. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
