Chicken: Spaghetti Casserole

- 8 ounces cooked whole wheat pasta
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 3 cups cooked light meat chicken, cubed, shredded or sliced
- 8 ounces fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup green giant sliced mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine sauce, tomatoes, meat, half of the shredded cheese, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, oregano and pasta.
- Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until heated; 40 minutes.
- 6 servings at 6 points each.
