    Beef: Tex Mex Macaroni Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound lean ground beef
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package McCormick Taco Seasoning
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
    • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
    • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a 12" skillet, brown beef and onion over medium high heat; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, water, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and corn. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, 12 minutes.

    2. Sprinkle with cheese, cover. Serve once cheese is melted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
