Beef: Tex Mex Macaroni Casserole

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package McCormick Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups water
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a 12" skillet, brown beef and onion over medium high heat; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, water, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and corn. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese, cover. Serve once cheese is melted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
