    Beef: Tijiuana Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 10 to 12 flour tortillas
    • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef
    • 1/2 to 1 onion
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
    • 2 cans ranch style beans, undrained
    • cheddar cheese, about 2 cups, give or take to your desire


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion, drain. Set aside.

    2. Mix together the soup, tomatoes and beans. Add to ground beef mixture. Set aside.

    3. Tear the tortillas into pieces (about 3 to 4 pieces per tortilla).

    4. Layer half of the tortillas thickly in bottom of a 13x9" pan.

    5. Cover with one half of the beef mixture, then cover with about 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

    6. Finish layering with tortillas, beef mixture and cheese.

    7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 375.
