    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 cup margarine, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter then gradually add sugar and cinnamon, beating until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beat well. Comine flour, baking powder and salt in a seperate bowl. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix well after each addition. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Makes 6 and 1/2 dozen.
