• Cookies:
  
• 1 cup margarine
  
• 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  
• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 1/2 cups flour
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• 1 1/2 cups Quaker one minute oats
  
• Cream Filling:
  
• 3/4 cup shortening
  
• 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  
• 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
  
• 1 to 3 tablespoons milk
  






Instructions



1. Preheat to 350 Degrees.
   
2. In a large bowl, cream together margarine, sugars, vanilla, and eggs. Then add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix together, then add oats.
   
3. Drop by tablespoons on to an ungreased baking sheet, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overcook.
   
4. To make filling dissolve salt in 2 teaspoons of hot water, then add marshmallow creme, shortening, sugar, and vanilla and mix till fluffy.
   
5. Assemble cookies.
   
6. Yeilds 2 dozen creme pies.
