    Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup butter
    • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cups Martha White All-Purpose Flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3 cups quick cooking oats or old fashioned oats
    • 1 cup chopped salted peanuts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet.
    2. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
    3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl; blend well. Add to creamed mixture; blend well. Stir in oats and peanuts.
    4. Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls two inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
    5. Yield: 50 cookies
