List of Ingredients



• 1 1/4 cups sugar
  
• 1 cup (1 stick) butter glavor crisco shortening
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
  
• 3 cups all purpose flour
  
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 375.
   
2. Combine sugar and butter flavor crisco in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
   
3. Add eggs, syrup and vanilla. Beat until well blended and fluffy.
   
4. Combine 3 cups of flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add gradually to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix until well blended.
   
5. Roll dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
   
6. Bake at 375 fpr 5 to 9 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to rack to cool completely.
