Pork: Barbecue Beans And Polish Sausage

List of Ingredients
- 2 (15 to 16 ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 to 16 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 (1 to 1 1/4 pound) ring fully cooked smoked polish sausage
Instructions
- Spray a 3 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients except sausage in slow cooker.
- Place sausage ring on bean mixture.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 5 to 6 hours.
- Yield: 6 servings
