Beef: Beef Boogie Woogie

List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 packet of Lipton beefy mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup red wine or red cooking wine
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 pound package of baby carrots
- Optional, add 1/4 cup quick cooking tapioca
Instructions
- Place beef in bottom of crockpot, then add vegetables. In a bowl wisk together soups and wine, adding tapioca if desired. Pour over beef mixture. Cook on High heat for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
